Working Principle: Product enters the separator bowl through a rotating hollow spindle, enabling smooth and gentle acceleration. Cream is collected centrally while the skimmed milk exits over the top disc. The co- rotating pumps and fully filled bowl eliminate air intake and overflow, ensuring maximum flexibility and consistent results. Unwanted particles are ejected at regular intervals via a hydraulic system.
