This separator features a robust stainless steel construction with a high-grade corrosion-resistant Super Duplex bowl and an innovative, fully closed system that enables precise control of throughput and product quality. It includes vibration and temperature sensors for predictive maintenance and uptime optimization.
Applications: Hot milk separation, cream concentration, skimming, standardization, clarification.
Design: Hermetically sealed inlet and outlet, AirTight system with co-rotating pumps, hydraulic discharge system, bowl made from high-grade corrosion-resistant stainless steel (Super Duplex), designed for continuous operation and CIP cleaning.
Options: Light and heavy phase control, pre-assembled module for fast installation, Encapt™ for improved energy efficiency, asset health monitoring kit, standardization device, control panel (PLC).
Working Principle: Product enters the separator bowl through a rotating hollow spindle, enabling smooth and gentle acceleration. Cream is led to the centre of the bowl while the skim exits over the top disc. The co-rotating pumps and completely filled bowl eliminate air intake and overflow, ensuring maximum flexibility and consistent results. Unwanted particles are collected and emptied accurately and hydraulically at regular intervals. With its compact footprint, low water consumption (7 l/1000 l product), and unmatched energy efficiency, the Tetra Pak® Separator H845 is an ideal solution for dairy producers seeking reliability, hygiene, and performance.
